* All payments made for strategy, consulting, content creation, advertising management, or campaign execution are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
* Clients may request cancellation before the project start date.
* If cancellation is requested before work begins, eligible refunds will be processed after deducting administrative or onboarding costs.

Refund Processing Timeline:

* Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
* The refunded amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.
* The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s bank account depends on the respective financial institution.
